download the velvet2008e.zip (english version)
unzip it in a folder
- you are using windows : just run velvet2k8.bat
- you are not using windows :
* go on rebol to download the VIEW freeware for your OS (here :
http://www.rebol.com/view-platforms.html )
* run view and open velvet2008e.r / or / drag and drop velvet2008e.r on the VIEW freeware
Finally use velvet
