Last year we had 2 new neighbours move in and they were the city type so they were alot snoopier than my old neighbours and I caught the one guy looking at my plants in my yard the one day so I got my little cousin and his friends to egg his house prank call and knock on his door and run almost everynight to make it seem like a bad area and after about a month of that the neighbours moved out. Its a proven way to get nosy neighbours away that make growing riskier.
