Thanks TB, sorry so late with the reply been a bit busy working and movin and what not.
So to answer your Q , You could do alright with a 150 for 2 small plants using LST you may have to rotate them a lot insure even light distribution and growth but it is possible. But my cousin just bought a 400 watt from HTG for $126 shipping and all, you should save up a bit more and get a 400 watter.
