Yes, that much tylenol will jack your shi* up. Seriously. Don't do it again, you may not have another one of those in you.

Acetaminophen has two major metabolism pathways and one minor pathway. Your minor pathway (CYP2E1) only kicks in for a few special reasons:

1 - you have too much acetaminophen (or another drug that uses similar pathways) in your system for the only the major pathways alone to handle

2 - you have other substances in your body that induce CYP2E1 (alcohol and a tuberculosis drug come to mind)

When CYP2E1 metabolizes acetaminophen (which happens in the liver), it makes toxic molecules that will attack whatever is around them. The liver in this case. This kind of damage is semi-permanent. Especially if you drink, take opiates, take tylenol correctly, etc.

It's probably not at all related to your migraines (do you technically have migraines? there are specific diagnostic criteria). I would mention it next time you have a doctor appointment, and maybe your doc will order a liver function panel. They can't always see permanent, past (not actively occuring) damage, but it is good for him to know so that he keeps you far away from drugs that might cause problems.
