im no psychologist but ima throw this out there for ya.
Try to find something calming, relaxing, that will keep u busy. Then when u realy start getting the craving just chilax a bit and go and do it. It could be like a computer game, TV shows movie something thats gonna get your mind off of it and give u something to do. Then what that craving kicks in, go and do it.
I found i started smoking a bit too often, and to stop i tried to diminish the stash (in ur case get rid of it) so you don't have that temptation. Then just don't associate yourself with people who will make you want to or give you the opportunity to smoke.
