It's like a shotgun. However, the person who is giving the hit doesn't really get any hits off of it. You're setting everything up.... i.e. the blunt/joint is backwards (with cherry in your mouth). It takes practice since you don't wanna blow super hard and you don't wanna sit with that in your mouth to ash on your tongue.
If both folks who are doing the dome splitter are set and ready at the same time, the person who is splitting the dome (giving the 'shotgun') has plenty of time to blast 1-2 people with a few strong hits.
Pretty much it's a crazy shotgun, and it's fun to tell someone you're gonna split their dome and they give you a face like this....
