Ok so you took a bunch of one hitters to the dome and then gorged yourself on munchies, then took another hit and activated your gag reflex from coughing and you puked
or
you had a bunch of different one hitters laying amongst some candy that looks similar (such as smarties) and when you reached for a candy you grabbed and bit down on a one hitter
