When I did get to sleep it wasn't deep at all, I'd wake up just as tired as I was when I went to sleep

Shit was terrible, it definitley is one of the biggest "symptoms" of not smoking, especially for regular smokers and people used to smoking before they go to sleep. I'm sure it's not that bad for everyone, mainly cuz I went from smoking every night to the point where I'd be passing out (not jus like a bowl before bed) to not being able to smoke at all.

yeah, i feel the exact same way. i decided to save my last cookie for the next day and staying sober last night....i didnt get to sleep until 7 in the mourning, and i just woke up feeling like shit. i just ate my last cookie in hopes of a relaxing day. thanks for the info everybody, good to no im not alone.
