Everyone sayin the 1st 2-3 days are bad, when I couldnt smoke for a few months the whole time was awful when it comes to sleeping.
I'd be tossing and turning all night
When I did get to sleep it wasn't deep at all, I'd wake up just as tired as I was when I went to sleep
The majority of the time I'd be sweating like crazy and wake up constantly as a result
Shit was terrible, it definitley is one of the biggest "symptoms" of not smoking, especially for regular smokers and people used to smoking before they go to sleep. I'm sure it's not that bad for everyone, mainly cuz I went from smoking every night to the point where I'd be passing out (not jus like a bowl before bed) to not being able to smoke at all.
