-Godspeed You! Black Emperor (Definitely check these guys out for sure, they'll blow you away.)
-Do Make Say Think (They have some singing on their latest album (You, You're a History in Rust), but their older stuff is strictly instrumental.)
-Sigur Ros

Check out the record label Constellation Records (GY!BE and DMSM are on this label)...it's got some more sweet post rock bands.
