hey peeps, i use a wide range of AN nutes and there good, am not to sure about the 90% thing, but it does help your plant endlessly. there are surtain micro-organisms that help with uptake of nutes in any medium, but you need to have a food chain for the microbes to work in harmony. even in soil you coiuld easily increase your yeilds by 30% or more just by having a good microbe food chain in your medium!
