Typically potassium promotes large 'fruits' and most people use a fertilizer high in K for flowering purposes. 10-52-10 is very high in phosphorus which is crucial for root formation but not too high in potassium (K). Perhaps a fertilizer with a higher K rating to promote flowering will fit you better. Good luck!
