OK, I moved my germinated seeds to plano cups 48 hrs ago and most of my cups have new plants in them that are 2 inches tall already. Their growing extremly fast and they got a yellow/browish look to them. Is that becase there still young? Or is there a problem?

When do they need to go under a light? (I currently have thnm in a styrofaom cooler with high humidity (lid on-I fan them frah air)
The soil they are in now, has no nuites. At what point do I want to start adding nuites?
