Also, it looks like you're overwatering your rockwool cubes. They should be wet, but not drenched like that. I think that's inviting root rot as well. Rockwool holds moisture better than almost any growing medium and you only need to keep it damp, not soaked.
If the bubbleponics hoses are causing the cubes to stay that wet, you might want to consider moving them down a bit. I believe underneath the cubes and a little to one side to be the best placement (in my experience).
