yea, i'm just gonna ask for a public defender. it wont be too hard to win this case. i mean i wasnt caught on the scene with any marijuana, there is no proof that i was smoking in the car- i couldve been in the car with people smoking, i have no prior convictions, i honestly think i will be let off with a $100 citation and maybe probation if anything at all.
