In puerto rico any amount of bud is a felony. The thing is that since the cops are all typical lazy puerto ricans, they will not even bother to catch you.....you gotta be trying to get caught. Its pretty hard to get a charge in puerto rico unless your dealing on the street corner.
Once I was at the beach, the very far secluded side... in my car with my girlfriend smoking this blunt, and I hit it and closed my eyes, my girlfriend said "COP!" I open my eyes and look out the window and Im still holding the blunt up in the air looking high as shit...this cop is standing right outside my window on his motorcycle. Hes looking at me throught the window with his shades on and he moves forward a lil. I out the blunt and crotch it. I dont look directly at the cop but throught my side mirror it looks like he cant decide wether to get off the bike or just say fuck it. So he starts to get off, then he hesitates, then looks at me some more.....and then just drives off
