Prices vary due to serveral things, location, whether it's rare/uncommon or there is a surplus, how much profit they want to make, and whether you buy in bulk and get discounted or not.

But $20 for an oc 40mg pill is a common price. I get them for $8-$10 here in Fresno, Cali.
