Hydro shops online or storefront often carry hepa filters that fit on round 4" 6" 8" or 12" duct or inlinline fans that cost anywhere from 50 to 150 bucks. Check them out.
Also, what type of setup do you have; light, room size, hydro or soil, etc.?
