Yea, I am not farmiliar with that exact mixture of soil however planting very early plants as well as just germinated seeds in any soil with any fertilizer is not a good idea. It is best to "sprout" your seeds in an all organic soil. If this is not feasible for whatever reason, then just grab the best soil you can from outdoors where they will be growing. Bottomline, any fertilizer added to plants in early growth is going to shock them or stunt them, always with a possiblity of killing them.
