I completely agree and I didn't mean it in that way I meant that the only way to reveal your true abs then you must drop body fat.I didn't state diet as mush as I should have because the OP has a great base as far as body fat goes,but you must take your regular 3 meals and break them down into 5-6 even meals no big meal and small snacks.You do this to keep your metabolism going and don't eat to close to the time you sleep because it just get stored as fat.And if you didn't know there are many bodybuilders and athletes that dont have a regular ab routine that have amazing abdominals.they can be worked through many workouts especially squats.just watch the food intake and keep up the ab work.
