man, you need to do some reading of stickies. overwatering is probably the most common boo-boo made by beginners. only water when the medium dries up. stick your finger down a couple of inches. when it's somewhat dry, water. there are many ways to monitor this. some people just pick up the container, and know it's time t water again. it takes time to master. i've found that's it's better to under water.
