It's been thought that regular use of Marijuana, even with people who already have glasses, can at the very least keep your eye condition stable, if not better.

In other words, your eyes can foul up from high or low blood pressure, just as your heart can.

Also, the main reason why Marijuana is a legitimate medical application for Glaucoma. Even though feeling stoned in general can numb the pain, it's that it's use specifically reduces pressure on the eyes. It may not exactly cure Glaucoma, but it's a very effective way to relieve it.
