This is such a subjective topic.... YMMV (your mileage may vary)

I guess it really depends on what you do for a living, and what you expect to get out of life. Some careers (musician for example) can get by just fine with daily use, maybe even benefit from it. Other careers (like free loading couch potato) can do just fine with a quarter or more a day. It all depends on how productive your job/lifestyle requires you to be. But don't tell me that you are just as productive when high out of your mind every day as when you are sober. That is simply not true, except for very few special exceptions (of which I know none, but there has to be someone out there).

You see, Cannabis makes time fly by at the speed of light. When using daily, you get up Monday, smoke a little every day, then suddenly it's Friday, and you can't really account for the individual days in between. Everything falls into this sort of misty haze. You remember you did something, but you really can't say exactly when you did it. You have a deadline a month from now, you toke a little to relax everyday and then suddenly it's two days away. Days melt into one another, and it's your birthday again before you know it, and you say "where did the year go"??? To smoke too often is to become a chronic procrastinator. You really have a hard time "seizing the day" when baked.

For me, more than one time a week is heavy use, and I must say that I have been using heavily this past month. I notice a sharp decrease in my personal productivity when using daily, even when its limited to one before bed time. I am in a constant battle to find the perfect equilibrium between blazing and functioning to my full capacity. 2 to 3 times a month is what I am aiming for. It's soooo difficult when most of your friends blaze every time you run into them. Time to change my social circle?

I truly feel that constant use of Cannabis cheapens the whole experience. What would be a religious experience once a month, turns into a routine, dopey cloud of mist and confusion with daily use.

Let's say it has been a while since I last "got" where Mozart was coming from
