. For rock, I would suggest anything from the 60's to the 80's. Bands like Pink Floyd, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors .. and many more. For Rap, listen to anything by Lil Wyte. Sweet as hell music. Metal bands.. I tend to listen to As I Lay Dying, All That Remains, Atreyu, Trivium and Lamb of God.
