I was wondering if this is good enough buy for 1 plant. The picture is as clear as I could get it with my crappy camera. The box says energy saver 2 mini cool white bulbs. 13 watts=60 watts. lasts 10,000 hours. Light output 800 lumens. 4100 k. The rule for one plant was 100 watts at least wasnt it?
