First off you gotta feed your muscles protein,kick out the junk food.Its all about stomach fat and getting rid of it.You sound like your in good shape already so pack on lean muscle. Workout your abs 2-3x a week and get plenty of rest.Switch up your workouts to keep your muscles guessing.Remember don't overtrain and have plenty of recovery time in between workouts.Its also genetics so keep that in mind.
Keep up the pace.Rest 30 secs in between each set.Do 12-15 sets for this body part.
3-4 sets of 20-30 reps of crunches
3-4 sets of 20-30 reps of bicycle crunches
3-4 sets of 30-35 reps of leg pull-ins
3-4 sets of 10-15 reps of hanging leg raises
