well if you're looking for regular diamond posts, then no, unless you stay at very small sizes, maximum would be 4g.
i know first hand because i have 22mm or 7/8" lobes.
if you're looking to spend money you could go to 1/2" or bigger, and order anatometal super bling plugs, but they are a bit pricey..
