Sick White widow got sick, please help!

Ahh my three week old white widow suddenly became ill and now has leaves where the green color seems to be disappearing in spots and the leaves are curling up.

Some info about the plant and its environment:
-Watered from start with ph level at about 5.5
-Planted in coco
-Using Ionic grow as nutrition, with about 25% of recommended dose being given
-It was happy yesterday with no visible symptoms
-Temperature in grow room at about 30 degrees Celsius (86F)
-Oscillating fan next to plants

The plant got a slight nute burn a week ago so I stopped adding nutrition for the past week, and it started showing symptoms last night. I had lowered the MH lamp to about 2 feet from the plants two days ago, a four inch difference from how it was before. I have four plants, where two of them are one week ahead and those other plants look like they are doing just fine still.

I removed the sick plant from the lamp and flushed the coco with ph at level 6.0 instead with nutrition at about 50% of recommended dose. It looks like it is still getting worse and more leaves are getting spots and losing the deep green color. It is happening quite fast and it seems like it is missing out on something vital but I have no idea what. Check out the links below and please let me know what you guys think!!
