All in one test, I suggest you jog/sauna/tea, and drink a shitload of water. So, workout, water, hit up the sauna, water, tea, water. You need to sweat as much as possible, and speed up your metabolism to burn fat cells. Also, green tea works as a antioxidant and it will help piss. I've heard your supposed to stop working out like two days before the test, so you'll be good if you do this straight for a week or two
