Expecting that much out of a 5x6 area with 35 plants is reasonable, but everything must be done correctly to even get that much. I'd say with the right strain, and optimal conditions, you could get 4 LBS out of that space.
As said above, strain will help you make certain decisions as far as cycle. Cloning will be your best bet for control over your space. You could make the box with a 4x5 flower chamber and have a 2x5 section with some fluoros for a mom and vegging clones. You can do a perpetual harvest by adding new clones every week or so and still get great yields every week or so if you desire. Or you can just cut all of the clones at once and yield every 2-2.5 months

I Also Agree with the cloning.

If you did not buy fem seeds (which to me are a waste of money because most of the time you still end up weeding out hermies instead of weding out males) the breakdown is usually this (not saying this is the truth, but close to)

10 seeds
8 germinate
4 are female
2 females are strong
1 Great mom out of the 2 good fems. Then clone away.

Now your number of females (and strong females for cloning) may be higher, but this is an average expectation.

Build that smae aeroFlo out of PVC yourself (just search around for a design, or find the schematics of how the areoflo is setup and make your own design) That will save you about $300 or more.

Ozone is ok, but better off used outside the grow area to mask any odors that do get too strong for a carbon filter, and for odors that leak out when you open up the chamber. Use a good carbon scrubber.

Do the homework, it will pay off in the end. If it is your first grow, do not do too elaborate of a setup, get to know the habits of the MJ plant first on a small scale before aiming for the skies.

What I have said here is to spark your interest in what the possibilities of growing are further. I mean no disrespect.
