If there are any musical instruments around, play those even if you don't know how to. You'll figure it out eventually. Riding a bike is absolutely marvelous while stoned. I read an essay once by a guy who liked to smoke and ride his bike, and he talked about the music he heard in his head while riding. While going up hill it'd be a slow, sad song but when he coasted back down the hill it would sound like a symphony in his ears. That must have been some good stuff.

But, I digress. Go ride a bike, or go for a walk, or just sit and watch animals do stuff. Being outside is the way to go.
