Thanks for all this great advise, i sometimes have trouble sleeping, even when i smoke, sometimes even smoking will keep me up ive noticed. I usually try to get a ton of exercise during the day to make me pass out. Sometimes it helps other times not. I never take caffeine after 12 noon anyway and dont eat sweet things before bed. Sometimes though it just seems like there is absolutely no reason that i shouldnt be asleep. Maybe some of the things youve brought up here will help me, such as rosemary tea. I do wonder though whether smoking everday for the past 2 years has made it harder for me to get to sleep? Maybe something to do with my sleep receptors? A doctor once said that MJ can mess up your sleep receptors and make it hard to go to sleep permanently, i was just wondering if you had any experience with this? Thanks Man
