actually, those pots look fine to me. The plants do look a little small to be flowering, but I have some that are Just rooted clones that are flowering. Without creating an artificial photoperiod, just let them grow and flower how they will. Those from seed will (should) experience a normal growth cycle, vegetating until the summer solstice, and then begin making buds.

You may not get the greatest yield, but you will have some nice smoke way early in the season.
