I hadnt considered the possibility of pulling through the filter, then pushing that air through the light. Its a good idea, would you happen to have a picture or drawing of this? As for the light, I would want the lumenaire hood correct? Its hard for me to tell from the pictures, but it is that one which seems to have an inlet and exhaust port. I would really like to use that filter, but if the fan is too much for it and it is inneffective maybe I could get away with a 4" fan, or a smaller light? As far as the container, I was thinking about building a second door within the container and then lightproof both. It would be a little more work, but then I could paint the inside of the cabinet black which would also probably really help with canceling out the light.
