Actually I can answer your original question very simply. No, you don't have freedom of speech here at GC. You don't pay for the servers or bandwidth usage, therefore you subject yourself to certain terms and conditions.

If you think you were unfairly banned, you should contact an admin and tell your side of the story, bans can be lifted.

Thread is unnecessary, not even posted in the right forum if it was. shit, stay banned
