It is axiomatic that you are the one talking out of your ass. Yes heroin is synthetic and oxy just like methadone is synthetic heroin that is in fact worse for you than street heroin. BTW if a first timer injected a time release 80mg it would almost certainly result in an OD. Thats why 20mg are favored among needle users.
