a picture would help, but it sounds like the problem is coming from the nutrient water and not enough moisture in the air. what is going on is the clones have not rooted enough and the nutrient solution you are giving the clones probably has nitrogen in them and that promotes leaf production and not root growth and the solution is probably giving the plant fert burn since it is too young. infact nitrogen inhibits root growth. your leaves are wilting because you do not have enough roots to supply the plant with water, so they are water stressed. to fix all of this, all you need to do is flush your resevoir out and put non-nutrient water in their for a weak. then you need to cover the clones with a large plastic dome together or seperately and mist them occasionally. this will prevent the water stress the stem is experiencing because the foilage will absorb the water is need. so basically layoff the nutes for about 1-2 weeks and increase the humidity around the clones to reduce water stress.
