In my experience, there is no need to synthesize LSA. You can just chew up the seeds after (preferably) gently scraping the fuzz off the outside. Unless you have a pretty weak stomach, you won't even need to extract the LSA from hbwr seeds. The negative side-effects are overwhelmed by the positive.
