Awww man you beat me too it. But bali shag is the way to go, its super fine cut and makes rolling spliffs easy.
American spirit is good too, but just make sure you dont get the American Spirit "black death" Perique Blend, they come in Black packs/pouches (if your buying tobacco for rolling). If you dont smoke cigarettes, which from the sounds of it you dont, do NOT under any circumstances get this stuff. One of these perique filtered cigarettes has about as much nicotine and tar in it as camel unfiltered have, so you can imagine how bad it would be in a bong hit or spliff where there really isnt a filter.
And for my sake, as well as everyone else out there who loves glass, if your smoking tobacco out of a bong please let it be a cheap $20 glass bong or a cheap acrylic one.
