thanks. umm so after i put it in the cup with cotton and under the light it took off. now the seed is like completely cracked open and there is a curling white thing coming out of it, which i guess is the tap root, and the root is green as it gets closer to the seed. on the other side of the seed theres like this brown thing coming out. hopefully i can get some soil soon. is it alright to use soil from my garden or is that bad? like if i cant find time to get soil wouldnt that be better than nothing?
what would some good things to use be until i can get the appropriate medium? thanks again.
