good post overall except for this part. You deny all knowledge of said goods and you certainly don't know why this package was shipped to you. You can't get in trouble as it can't be reasonably proved that you intended to receive these goods.

Now, if they're working a case on you because you're receiving weight from a MOM and they have phone taps, computer logs, etc.. you may be fucked

To add to your tips for shipping

Obviously the sender should not use their real name or return address, and send package from a drop box location. If you're receiving and it's a regular thing.. rent out a P.O. box for gawds sake

edit: a PO box without security cameras around
