Marc Emery has spent over ten years promoting Cannabis politically and spent millions of dollars worldwide supporting marijuana initiaves in from Isreal to Alaska. If it weren't for Marc's loud voice challenging the government and media alot of people would be just sitting quietly in the background. are you saying that we were better off 10 years ago?

The fact is that no one else has the balls to do what Marc Emery is doing for the cannabis culture as a whole. Openly admitting war on US policies and daring the DEA to do something about it. Willing to go to jail for the dying, the sick, and for people who just like to smoke. All the while "stoned as fuck" wouldn't you be?
Dude no offence but you sound like you are very misinformed about this whole subject, totally missing the point of what he has acomplished. Has he made some mistakes along the way? Yes, everyone is human, but it is very easy to take things out of context, and people who oppose and disagree are very quick to jump all over him and divert from the real issues. He has no hidden agendas, and he does a tremendous amount of work for the cannabis community, and I applaud him for that.
....and his wife is hot.
