A chapter of 40 brothers requires a unanimous vote to initiate someone? That's ridiculous man, I'm sorry. My chapter just recently got rid of the Initiation Vote because we just found it a waste of time, and left the choice up to the new member educator. After already going through the pledge process it seems really unfit that they require a 100% vote to initiate someone.

Screw them and keep enjoying the herb

Edit - They were just chartered? That makes a lot more sense now.
