go to lowes or home depot, they have both hids & cfls. the rule of thumb is 50-100w of light or a minimum of 3500-5000 lumens per plant.
http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...=10053&style=A u want the metal halide lights or the high pressure sodium lights. mh lights are for veg & hps lights are for flowering. u really dont need the mh light, u can use the hps for the whole grow. a 150w hps gives off 16,000 lumens. look here on how to convert it into a grow light
