In my mind what we have to do is find out which part congress is responsible for the DEA, in other words who do the DEA answer to, and tell them loudly that the policies and actions of the DEA are reprehensible. The DEA has so much influence over the voting of congress that in effect the DEA is setting social policy, and the DEA doesn't have the skills, intelligence, or empathy to set policy of this sort.
We have to let those responsible for the DEA know that this organization is a repugnant scourge on society!!
