Five years ago or so, I decided I would try my hand at lifting. My goal to get as big as possible, as fast as possible. Ive been a regular smoker since around 21 or so, Im currently 37. I went from say 160/70 to 229 in fourteen months, smoking the entire time with no adverse reaction at all. If anything, in my opinion it helps. I could slap on my ipod, cool my brain, start my workout and be in the zone, just ripping and tearing my muscles to shit, really focusing on every rep. Also rule no 1 to any workout, is proper diet set to your personal goals. There is where the munchies come in as previously stated. Its best to eat many small meals a day versus two or three big ones, so its not how much you eat, its what you eat.
