gaining mass relatively straight forward
its all about
1 what you eat (also how you sleep, when you eat, etc. nutrition is a good general way to talk about it)
2. your genetics
3. what your gym routines look like
4. the suppliments you are on.
if smoking weed is going to help/make you eat more, its going to make/help you gain mass, etc etc.
dont think too hard or medicalize this sort of thing. you see it all too often around here.
