smokin herb aint gonna make ya lose weight..its all about what the person eats..i work out as well and if your trying to gain some muscle mass eat 4 eggs every morning (i drink myne raw in a glass) and eat either steak or chicken every night..guranteed to gain musle its been workin AWSOME for me. And yes smoke grass after a workout...i mean ive tried it while i was workin out but theres not much of a point to it...look at it as a reward after a nice workout an then eat that chicken man!!!
