My first tip is to do a little more research before you start to grow, because a question like "How soon should I add nutes?" comes up fairly often. But to answer your questions, just because a plant could maybe survive at those temperatures doesn't mean that they'll do well; high temps will stress the plants and make them less capable of responding to other stresses that might occur, like nute imbalances, etc. IMHO, it's not worth the risk of your plant dying or going hermie just to avoid something as basic as temperature control, because better conditions will result in a bigger harvest of higher quality bud, and poor conditions can result in nothing at all.
As for nutes, there's some degree of personal preference involved in when you start them, but I'd suggest avoiding it at least until the second set of true leaves have opened up, and the plants are clearly developing their third set. Even then, make sure that you're using a low concentration of nutes, as some MJ plants are finicky.
