i'm an adderall prescribee, and smokin after aderrollin chills u out, but speeds up ur heart rate faster than just adderall. so in that regard, its not safe. other than that, it takes the edge off the speed, u lose that holy crap i need to be doing something feeling. to get HIGh and not just toasted, itll take more weed to bring u down from the adderall
